New Farm Animals

Since the last time I wrote about my first pictures in Lightroom I’ve learned a lot more about LR and photography style. I just LOVE playing around with all the setting in LR! Anyhow, I thought I’d share some of my recent photos. I want to document my photography journey so that in the future I can look back and see how much I’ve grown.

We recently added 11 new animals to our (already busy) farm. (Our new goats, Melba and Oreo, are not pictured.) First, four ducks… Meet Amelia, Gabby, Freddie and Eddie…

These ducks have some serious posing talent!

Next, three little pigs (Not! They are BIG!). Meet Pixie, Sooie and Reddie (not pictured). Note that they will be bacon in the near future. So don’t get attached or anything.

When we bought Pixie and Sooie I got to take pictures of the herd they were from… including the little piglets!

About Abigail

I love the word “down home”…

Of, relating to, or reminiscent of a simple, wholesome, unpretentious lifestyle, especially that associated with the rural southern United States.

That’s me in a nutshell.

I live way out in the country in Texas and enjoy my busy life living in a large family. I love photography, piano, sewing, and, most of all, my Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. If you died tonight would you go to Heaven of Hell? www.downhome.me/salvation
