Manual Mode, Lens Flare & Microgreens

My mom is learning to grow microgreens. The other day she asked me to take some shots of the baby plants before she harvested them. I, anxious to get a hold of her camera after reading over half of Understanding Exposure (I now have finished it and LOVED it!), agreed.

I have tried freelensing in the past. It never worked out. But after reading some of Understanding Exposure I learned how to better use manual mode – which helped me freelense. And get this beautiful flare.

About Abigail

I love the word “down home”…

Of, relating to, or reminiscent of a simple, wholesome, unpretentious lifestyle, especially that associated with the rural southern United States.

That’s me in a nutshell.

I live way out in the country in Texas and enjoy my busy life living in a large family. I love photography, piano, sewing, and, most of all, my Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. If you died tonight would you go to Heaven of Hell? www.downhome.me/salvation
