Deep South Shindig 2017

Guys, I recently got home from another Shindig – the Deep South Shindig – put on by my friends, the Charlestons. THIS ONE WAS THE BEST EVER. So, if you weren’t there, well… you missed out. I had the privilege of being an event photographer again (btw, I think we should start a club or something for Official Shindig Photographers now that the term “Shindig” is taking on a whole new definition – thanks to the Pearls – and since Shindigs are becoming more popular). Enjoy a little glimpse of our fun…

Singles/teen meet-and-greet hosted by my amazing dad…

Music with the Kirkpatrick’s and Joy + a video of my sister and I singing “A Life Well Spent” written by Adam Bell

Powerful messages by Dr. S. M. Davis

Cross-shoot with a friend…

Activities…

And then *drumroll* GUESS WHAT. Sweet Mrs. Thornton from Quibby Made Photography out of the blue asks me if I would like to borrow her Canon 5D Mark III for a while = time to try out my dream camera. Of course!

The sweet Debi Pearl sharing with the young ladies…

About Abigail

I love the word “down home”... Of, relating to, or reminiscent of a simple, wholesome, unpretentious lifestyle, especially that associated with the rural southern United States. That's me in a nutshell. I live way out in the country in Texas and enjoy my busy life living in a large family. I love photography, piano, sewing, and, most of all, my Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. If you died tonight would you go to Heaven of Hell? www.downhome.me/salvation
